Terms and Conditions for Tried and True Mom Jobs INC

1. Our Services

The information provided through our Services is not intended for distribution or use in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would violate local laws or regulations, or subject Tried and True Mom Jobs INC to additional registration requirements. Users who access the Services from outside the United States do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

No Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

3. User Representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all information you submit will be accurate and kept up to date; (2) you have legal capacity to agree to these Terms; (3) you will not use automated means to access the Services; (4) you will not use the Services for unlawful purposes; and (5) your use of the Services complies with applicable laws.

4. User Registration

You may be required to register for an account to access certain features of the Services. You agree to keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity occurring under your account. We reserve the right to reclaim or modify any username deemed inappropriate or misleading.

5. Purchases and Payment

We accept major forms of electronic payment. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases made via the Services. Prices may be updated at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order believed to be fraudulent, suspicious, or inconsistent with typical usage

6. Subscriptions

Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel. Subscription terms, billing cycles, and pricing depend on the plan you select at the time of purchase.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse the Services or engage in activities that interfere with, disrupt, or damage the platform, its users, or its associated systems. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

– Reverse engineering or decompiling platform software.
– Uploading malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
– Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without permission.
– Harassing, threatening, or abusing employees, agents, or users.
– Using the Services for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access to the Services.

8. User Generated Contributions

The Services may allow you to upload, submit, or share content such as comments, messages, or other materials (‘Contributions’). Any Contributions you submit must comply with applicable laws and must not infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

By submitting Contributions, you grant Tried and True Mom Jobs INC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, store, and distribute your Contributions as necessary for operating and improving our Services.

You are solely responsible for your Contributions and agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove or edit Contributions at our discretion.

9. Contribution License

By posting or submitting Contributions through the Services, you affirm that you own or have permission to use all intellectual property rights associated with those Contributions. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to host, publish, display, modify, and distribute your Contributions.

You waive all moral rights to your Contributions to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not claim ownership over your Contributions, but you grant us the rights necessary to operate the Services.

10. Social Media

Our Services may allow you to connect your account with third-party social media accounts. By doing so, you authorize us to access and store certain information from these platforms in accordance with your permissions and the policies of the third-party provider.

You are responsible for ensuring that linking your social media accounts complies with all applicable terms set by those third-party platforms.

  1. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT

The Services may contain links to other websites or content belonging to or originating from third parties. Tried and True Mom Jobs INC does not investigate, monitor, or check such content for accuracy or appropriateness. You access such websites at your own risk, and these Terms no longer govern once you leave the Services.

  1. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right to monitor the Services for violations, take legal action where appropriate, restrict or disable access to any content, remove excessive or burdensome files, and otherwise manage the platform to ensure proper functionality.

  1. PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy located at https://triedandtruemomjobs.com/privacy-policy. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the Privacy Policy. You consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States.

  1. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS

If you believe any material on the Services violates your copyright, notify us immediately. Misrepresentation of infringement claims may result in liability. A copy of your notice may be sent to the alleged infringer.

  1. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Terms remain effective while you use the Services. We may terminate or suspend your access for any breach of these Terms or applicable law. If terminated, you may not create a new account under any name. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies when necessary.

16. SMS TEXT MESSAGING

Opting Out
If at any time you wish to stop receiving SMS messages from us, simply reply to any text with “STOP.” You may receive a confirmation message verifying your opt-out.

Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent or received. Rates depend on your carrier and your mobile plan.

18. MISCELLANEOUS

These Legal Terms and any related operating rules or policies posted on the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Tried and True Mom Jobs INC. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver. These Terms operate to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may assign our rights and obligations at any time. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it shall not affect the remaining provisions.

No partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship is created by these Terms. You waive any defenses based on the electronic form of these Terms or lack of physical signatures.

19. DEFINITIONS

Tried and True Mom Jobs INC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”):
The provider of review request and reputation-related automation services described in these Terms.

Client (“you”):
The business or individual using our Services to request reviews from its customers.

End Customer:
A customer of the Client who receives review request communications sent on the Client’s behalf.

Services:
The review-request and related automation tools provided by Tried and True Mom Jobs INC, including SMS/email review invitations, CRM integrations, automation workflows, Google Business Profile connections, etc.

Google Business Profile:
Google’s platform for managing business listings and reviews.

Default Messaging Preferences:
The pre-set or client-configured message templates and cadences used for review requests.

CRM:
Any customer relationship management system from which customer data is synced into the Service.

Applicable Laws:
All laws governing privacy, data protection, communications, and electronic marketing, including GDPR, CCPA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and similar regulations.

20. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Tried and True Mom Jobs INC will send review request communications (SMS, email, etc.) to your customers on your behalf. Messages identify your business as the sender.

We may integrate with your Google Business Profile, CRM, or other systems to automate review requests. You may customize messaging content and cadence; otherwise, default templates are used.

The Services focus solely on review solicitation. We do not guarantee results, control review outcomes, or manage/delete responses posted on review platforms.

21. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Obtain all required consent from your customers before we send them SMS or email.

  • Comply with all privacy and communication laws.

  • Provide accurate, lawful customer information.

  • Maintain active and valid integrations (Google, CRM, etc.).

  • Ensure custom message content complies with legal requirements.

  • Indemnify Tried and True Mom Jobs INC against claims arising from misuse (details in Indemnification section).

21. MESSAGING CONTENT & AUTOMATION

You authorize Tried and True Mom Jobs INC to send communications on your behalf.

Unless you customize templates, we will use standard scripts and timing. You are responsible for the content and frequency of all messages.

Opt-outs (e.g., replying “STOP”) will be honored, but you are responsible for ensuring recipients are not re-uploaded.

We do not guarantee outcomes or customer reactions.

22. DATA USE & STORAGE

Tried and True Mom Jobs INC securely stores client and customer data as necessary to provide the Services.

Data is not automatically deleted upon cancellation. You may submit a formal request to permanently delete (“purge”) your account data.

23. SERVICE LIMITATIONS & NO GUARANTEES

We do not guarantee:

  • A certain number of reviews

  • Positive reviews

  • Improvements in reputation

  • Continuous uptime

We do not perform reputation management or delete/moderate third-party reviews.

Services are provided as-is.

24. TERMINATION & SUSPENSION

You may cancel anytime; cancellation is effective at the end of the paid term.

Tried and True Mom Jobs INC may suspend or terminate access for legal violations, non-payment, misuse, or security risks.

No refunds will be given if terminated for cause.

Certain Terms survive termination (e.g., indemnification, liability limitations).

25. INDEMNIFICATION CLAUSE

You agree to fully indemnify Tried and True Mom Jobs INC from all claims arising from:

  • Uploading customer information without consent

  • Violations of SMS/email laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.)

  • Messaging customers who opted out

  • Misuse of the Services

  • Illegal data practices

This obligation survives termination.

26. MISCELLANEOUS

References to Review Harvest have been fully removed.
All notices, assignments, disclaimers, and force majeure terms now apply to:
